How much pressure should I apply?
Let the weight of the gun do the work and glide slowly along the muscle. If it is sharp or painful, ease off or move on.
Where should I avoid using it?
Avoid bone, joints, the front and sides of the neck, the spine, and any bruised, swollen or injured area.
Is it better before or after training?
Both work. Use a low speed for thirty seconds per area to warm up, or a slower, longer pass afterwards to unwind.
How do I clean and store it?
Wipe the body and heads with a dry or barely damp cloth, never submerge it, and store it with the heads detached in a dry place.
