No. Charge it first then use it cordless.
Do I wear it on bare skin?
Yes. Cleanse and dry your face first and apply serum afterwards.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the inside and outside with a soft dry or barely damp cloth. Never submerge it.
How long is a session?
Ten to fifteen minutes is enough. Longer does not improve the result.
How often should I use it?
Two or three evenings a week suits most routines.

Press the button on the forehead of the mask to move through the seven light settings until you reach the one you want.
Should I use it before or after my skincare?
Use it on clean dry skin and apply your serum or moisturiser once the session is finished.
Can I lie down while wearing it?
Yes. The mask is light at around 290g and the adjustable strap holds it in place whether you are sitting or lying down.
Do I need to keep my eyes closed?
Keep your eyes closed during the session and never look directly into the lights.
How many sessions a week?
Two or three evenings a week of ten to fifteen minutes suits most routines. Longer or more frequent sessions do not improve the result.
How should I store it?
Wipe it with a soft dry cloth and keep it out of direct sunlight in its box or on a clear shelf.
Can I share it with someone else?
