Does it replace brushing?
No. Use it alongside twice-daily brushing and your usual dental-care routine.
Which mode should I start with?
Begin with the gentlest setting and increase only if comfortable.
What should I do before the first use?
Charge it fully, rinse the tank, push a tip in until it clicks, and fill the tank with clean lukewarm water.
How do I use it without spraying the bathroom?
Lean over the sink, place the tip in your mouth and close your lips loosely around it before switching on, then let the water run out into the basin.
What is the correct technique?
Aim the tip at the gumline at a right angle to the tooth and move slowly along, pausing briefly between each tooth and on both the inside and outside.
How long should a session take?
About one minute, which is roughly one full tank.
When in my routine should I use it?
Once a day, usually after brushing, alongside your normal dental routine.
How do I clean and store it?
Empty the tank after every use, remove and rinse the tip, and leave both to air dry rather than storing them wet.
Can I put mouthwash in the tank?
Clean lukewarm water is recommended. Strong or oily solutions can leave residue inside the tank and tubing.
